Which NYC condos use Gessi fixtures?
✕Without The Condo Book Project
These four NYC condo developments explicitly name Gessi in their published finishes or sales materials:
| Condo | Gessi fixtures specified |
|---|---|
| Paragon, 45-40 Vernon Blvd | Brushed-nickel kitchen and bathroom fixtures |
| Parc Beaufort, 140 W 57th St | Warm-bronze fittings in primary bathrooms |
| Williamsburg Green, 28 Herbert St | Bathroom fixtures, including primary en-suite baths |
| RoseBK, 207 North 8th St | Kitchen and bathroom fixtures; the Gessi Anello collection in warm bronze |
This is a confirmed shortlist, not an exhaustive citywide inventory. Specifications can vary by residence.

6 offering plans name Gessi in their finish schedules, from TriBeCa to Williamsburg:
| Building | Gessi for | Plan |
|---|---|---|
| Parc Beaufort, 140 W 57th St | Shower head and controls | p. 379 |
| 185 Skillman Avenue | Shower, “Kohler and/or Gessi” | p. 212 |
| Williamsburg Green, 28 Herbert St | Lavatory faucet | p. 232 |
| 207 North 8th Street | Shower system | p. 210 |
| 249 East 50th Street | Faucet | p. 249 |
| 70 Vestry | Faucets, “or equivalent” | p. 322 |
These are the plans that commit to Gessi; two say “or similar” or “or equivalent.” Paragon markets Gessi in its listings, but its offering plan doesn’t name the brand.

The Florian’s advertised common charges look relatively low; its taxes are broadly comparable to nearby newer condos. Here’s a comparison using two-bedroom apartments, adjusted for size:
| Example unit | Charges /mo | Taxes /mo | Combined /SF |
|---|---|---|---|
| The Florian, 5A | $1,414 | $1,913 | $2.70 |
| 200 East 20th, 12B | $1,867 | $1,983 | $2.90 |
| 200 East 21st, 10A | $1,914 | $2,168 | $2.86 |
| 234 East 23rd, 7C | $1,557 | $1,957 | $3.43 |
The key qualification: these are advertised figures from listings of different dates. They don’t establish that taxes reflect the same assessment stage or abatements, or that common charges include identical services.

Yes—Paragon at 45-40 Vernon Boulevard is advertised as allowing pets, consistent across its sales listings and building profile.
I couldn’t verify specific dog restrictions, such as breed, weight, number of pets, or approval requirements. Confirm those in the condominium’s house rules before committing.

Yes, dogs and cats are allowed. The rule, word for word:
"No birds, animals or reptiles, except dogs or cats, shall be permitted in any Unit unless the same shall have been expressly permitted in writing by the Board of Managers or the Managing Agent…"
That permission can be revoked; service, therapy and emotional support animals are excepted.

Bosch is a strong candidate for the most common brand, but I can’t verify a neighborhood-wide No. 1 from public listings alone. It appears across several LIC condo developments:
| Building | Where Bosch appears |
|---|---|
| Paragon | Kitchen packages in some residences; other homes use Gaggenau |
| Skyline Tower | Dishwashers within a mixed-brand kitchen package |
| Hero LIC | Washers and dryers; kitchens use Liebherr and Blomberg |
| The Baker House | Kitchen appliances |
A defensible ranking needs a defined construction period and consistent building-by-building counts.

Bosch, by a wide margin. Of the 129 Long Island City offering plans that name a kitchen appliance brand, 55 specify Bosch, more than twice the next brand:

| Frigidaire | 26 |
| GE | 23 |
| Bertazzoni | 22 |
| Blomberg | 17 |

FAQ
Do I need Pro?
A free account can connect to Claude or ChatGPT and search buildings by name, address or the text of their offering plans. Building details, comparisons with nearby buildings, recorded sales and quoted plan excerpts are included with Pro. If you ask for one of those on a free account, the answer says so and links you to join. If you subscribe after connecting, your connection picks up Pro within the hour, or right away if you disconnect and connect again.
Where do the answers come from?
They come from the same data as this site: the offering plans filed with the New York State Attorney General, and the sales recorded in ACRIS, the city’s property records. Every figure comes with its source, such as “Schedule B, pp. 83–92,” and a link to the building’s page, so you can check the original. Recorded sales never include buyers’ names. When we don’t have something, such as a building’s flood zone, the answer says so instead of guessing.
Can it change anything or see my data?
No. The connector is read-only: nothing it does can add, change or delete anything, on your account or anywhere else, and it never sees your payment details. It works only through Claude’s and ChatGPT’s official connections, and only after you sign in and choose Allow. We keep a record of each lookup, such as which tool was used and for which building, to apply usage limits.
Are there usage limits?
Yes. Pro includes 60 lookups an hour and 500 a day, which is plenty for research. Free accounts have lower limits. A single question can use more than one lookup, for example when your assistant pulls up a building and then its comparable buildings.
How do I disconnect?
Remove The Condo Book Project from your connectors in Claude or ChatGPT. You can also use Disconnect under Claude & ChatGPT on your account page, which ends every connection within the hour. If you don’t use the connector for 30 days, you’ll be asked to sign in again.
What does “Access denied” or “authorization failed” mean?
It means the connection wasn’t approved: either Cancel was chosen on our Allow page, or the sign-in took too long and timed out. Click Connect again in Claude or ChatGPT, sign in, and choose Allow.
What if it says it “couldn’t reach the MCP server”?
This usually means the server URL was entered with a typo. Check that it is exactly https://www.condobooknyc.com/api/mcp, with no space or extra slash at the end, then try connecting again.
Why does it only find buildings?
You’re connected with a free account, which can search buildings but not open their details. Join Pro, then disconnect and connect again to use it right away.
What if the sign-in link opens somewhere else?
If the link in our sign-in email opens in a different browser or app, finish signing in there. Then go back to Claude or ChatGPT and click Connect again. Signing in works best in the same browser where you clicked Connect, within 15 minutes.
What if I’m still stuck?
