Every line is backed by buildings: two companies are connected only when one condo offering plan names both. Developers, architects, property managers, sales teams and tax consultants are read from the plan text; sponsor's counsel from the Attorney General's record. Dates are when the AG accepted the plan for filing, or when it was submitted if not yet accepted. Different spellings of one firm are counted together, as on the profile pages. A firm can be missing where a plan doesn't name it or its pages aren't searchable yet, and a sponsor can change its team after filing. A relationship is two or more buildings in common; one shared building isn't counted. In Relationships, size shows how many relationships a firm has; in Projects, how many buildings. Sponsor's counsel is named on nearly every filing, so attorneys are off until you turn them on. A dashed ring marks a company with most of its buildings in the last 12 months. To compare two companies, open one and pick another under Compare networks: overlap is the firms both have a relationship with, as a share of the firms either one has.
